Pumpkin Soup
(from Australia)

Butternut Squash (500 grams)
3-4 potatoes (medium)
2 Carrots (American size)
1 Large Onion
3-4 cloves of garlic

Cook in pressure cooker.
Add 1 C of soy milk (check for consistency)
It is better to  only add on the day you serve.

Wiz that up and add seasoning.
Salt, seasoning.
