Tofu Cottage Cheese

This makes a good substitute for cottage cheese.

1 16 oz package  Extra firm, water-packed Tofu
1 package  Mori-nu soft Tofu
1/2 tsp  Garlic Powder
1.5 tsp  Salt
2.25 tsp  Onion Powder
2 T Lemon Juice
3/4 C  Tofutti Sour Cream


Squeeze excess water out of the water-packed Tofu between your hands. Place all ingredients into food processor and process until they resemble the texture of cottage cheese.

Sometimes there will be separation when after it is the refrigerator for a time, the remedy being some stirring before using. the separation is normal!
