Tofu Cheese Cake

I recently enjoyed this delicious cheese cake at lunch with some friends of mine. It was delicious and the texture was also great. Morinu Silken Tofu is a brand sold in the US; Better Than Cream Cheese is also sold here. I am guessing there is a way to make it without these products, but haven't tried any substitutes yet.


3 Morinu Silken tofu firm
1 Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
1/4 cup corn starch
1 C. cane sugar
1 T. Vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavor

Pie Crusts (Graham Cracker pie crust works well)


Blend all in a blender. This is the hardest part as it all just barely fits in my blender, but it does eventually get blended up. I found this amount of filling will fill at least three store bought size ready made graham cracker crusts. Pour the filling into a crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes until set. Chill and serve. The pies freeze well too.
