Italian Vegan Meatballs

Triple this recipe and freeze some in the freezer!

1 C Breadcrumbs (only use 3/4 of them initially; reserving the rest for later)
¼ C Walnuts or Pecans finely ground
¼ C Onion finely chopped
3 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Salt
1/2  TBS Beef Style Seasoning (McCays)
Egg replacer (equivalent of 2 eggs)

1. Mix all dry ingredients except egg replacer

2. Mix in the egg replacer.

3. Form little balls that can easily fit in your mouth, then roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs.

4. In coated 9x13 Pyrex dish pour spaghetti sauce on the bottom. Then add meat balls, then spaghetti sauce, etc. alternating untill there are two or three layers. Make sure enough sauce is added to assure the final result isn't too dry.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 50 minutes, covered with foil to prevent burning, till bubbly.
