Vegan Sour Cream

This sour cream works really well and has the right consistency and taste. The secret is the coriander which blocks the soy taste.
½ tsp salt 1 package mori-nu soy (extra firm) 3 TBS lemon juice 1/8 tsp coriander
2 TBS Canola Oil (don't add to the above at first; it is added very very slwly while the above is blending.
Blend, and while blending slowly drizzle in Canola oil (don’t use olive oil because it will be too strong)
Some people add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of dill to slightly modify the taste.
