Eggless Egg Salad

16oz water packed firm tofu. Crumble with potato masher
1/4 cup minced green onion (approx.3) can use 1/4 tsp. onion powder.
1/3 cup celery, (chopped up fine) for 1/8 tsp. celery powder.
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tp 2 fresh garlic cloves diced up small or crushed or 2 tsp. minced garlic.
1/8 tsp. turmeric
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt.
1 T yeast flakes or more to taste
3/4 cup veganaise (grape)
Mix well and chill for 1 to 2 hrs. before serving. Over night is good.
Can use green olives in place of pickle relish.
Serve as sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Put into Pita bread.
