Dried Fruit Jam (From Dot in Auckland; easy and delicious--no or low sugar too!)

Pat's Vegan Beans (So easy to make; only has three main ingredients. Found it in Alberta.)

Dan's Bircher Muesli (Delicious, easy to make in large quantities ahead of time. This is my variation of a family recipe that comes out of my Swiss roots.)

Polenta with Sun-dried Tomatoes (Wonderful and easy recipe to make! This one came from Ireneia in Michigan.)

Vegan Maple Nut Ice Cream (Uses Cashews, Maple Syrup, and Soy milk)
The Ice cream was just AWESOMELY OUTA THIS WORLD!!  I made and promoted  it (with a few minor adjustments) for our CHIP demo programme this aftrernoon, and it was a huge hit! So, Thanks! Exciting stuff, when you can get healthy food that TASTES  great!@!!!

Nacho Cheese—Vegan (Easy and delicious!)

Cornbread—Vegan  (This is easy and tastes better than regular recipes!)

Easy Granola (Super easy and inexpensive.)

Pumpkin Pie—Dairy and Egg-free Pumpkin Pie (Tastes like the real thing without tofu!)

Flakey Pie Crust (Uses soy milk & oil, is easy to make, and your friends will be certain it was made with shortening! Thank you Mrs. Schwartz who was in Fletcher, NC at the time.)

Chili: Vegetable (This chili is delicious and good for you.)

Sour Cream—Vegan (This works really well. Find out why coriander is a magic ingredient)
